Open Enrollment for Aflac Benefits!

The open enrollment period for Aflac benefits runs from 11/18/24 through 12/13/24. You'll have the option to enroll in any of the following plans: 

• Group Accident Insurance to help pay for out of pocket costs incurred in covered accidents 
• Group Critical Illness Insurance to help pay for expected and unexpected costs associated with a covered critical illness diagnosis 
• Group Hospital Indemnity Insurance to help pay for costs incurred during a covered hospital stay
• Group Short Term Disability Insurance to help protect your income while you are on leave due to a covered accident or illness
