New PNCR Tentative Agreement: Everything You Need to Know
After many months in negotiations, CWA 1036 is proud to present our PNCR members with a Tentative Agreement that would go in effect July 1st, 2024 through June 30th, 2028. This TA raises the value of our annual progression for the first time since 2014, establishes a new Maximum 3, includes four 3.5% across-the-board wage increases, creates a stipend for BICAT certified bilingual workers, recognizes the current remote work program, and improves benefits in several areas.
This successful TA would not have been possible without the strength of our union and membership.

Voting Period: Starts 10AM on Tuesday, April 9th and ends at 3PM on Friday, April 19th. Results will be posted on our website on Friday, April 19th.
All PNCR members will receive a ballot in their Judiciary email on Tuesday, April 9th. The email contains a unique link. Members can cast their vote online 24/7 until voting closes on Friday, April 19th.
