New JCAU Tentative Agreement

CWA Local 1036 is proud to announce that we have reached a Tentative Agreement with the Judiciary for our JCAU workers. If ratified, this TA would go into effect July 1st, 2024 and remain in effect until June 30th, 2028. 

This TA has big wins for our JCAU members including the strongest across-the-board wage increases we’ve won in years at 3.5% each, an increase in annual Progression raises to 3.5% each January through the life of the contract, a new Max 3 available on the first pay period after July 1st, 2026 to those who have been at Max 2 for 24 months, a new stipend of up to $2,000 for our BICAT certified bilingual Support Staff titles, language recognizing the current telework program and room to continue engaging on the issue as changes arise, an increase to the minimum for JC2 entry level titles to $40,000, and much more.
