Burlington County Members Talk Healthcare, Promotions and Civil Service Rules at Membership Meeting

Wednesday, January 17th CWA held its first of three scheduled Membership meetings for Burlington County members for 2025. A mix of members attended, from County Clerk, Library, Health, Highway, Mosquito, Parks, Solid Waste, Superintendent of Elections and Sheriff Depts.

Topics discussed included   

• Healthcare- additions to Amerihealth-Cigna out of network
• Lack of promotions within departments
• Process of promotions
• Civil Service process and rules

As always, we have work to do, and having feedback from members is the key!
