Our Local will be posting a longer message with analysis and next steps this week.

But in the meantime - Big wins for organized labor around the State - from Governor to State Senate and Assembly pickups, to County Freeholder races.

THANK YOU to members who worked every Saturday morning the last two months, worked our phone banks, and most of all on Election Day to get out the union vote! Great work by everyone.

But it's not over... we have work to do in the coming months during transition and to make our issues part of getting NJ back on the right track. Our electoral work in educating and motivating union members to action is important. Our collective bargaining, internal organzing and representation work is equally important. Let's stay strong and look forward to using all that effort to do great things in the coming months.
